1. About Us
Corr Driving Skills provides automatic driving lessons and related services in North Dublin and surrounding areas.
2. Bookings

Lessons may be booked online, by phone, by email, or via WhatsApp.

All bookings are subject to instructor availability.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Corr Driving Skills.

Corr Driving Skills reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
3. Payments

Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered.

Payment is due before or at the start of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

Lesson packages may require payment in advance.

Prices are subject to change, but any confirmed booking will be charged at the price agreed at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Failure to attend a lesson without notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged.

Corr Driving Skills may cancel or reschedule lessons due to illness, vehicle issues, traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Lesson Packages

Lesson packages are non-transferable.

Package lessons must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Unused lessons may be forfeited after the expiry period.

Refunds for unused package lessons are at the discretion of Corr Driving Skills.

Any refund may be adjusted to reflect lessons already taken at the standard single lesson rate.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students must:

Hold a valid learner permit.
-
Carry their learner permit to every lesson.
-
Wear suitable footwear.
-
Follow the instructor’s directions at all times.
-
Inform the instructor of any medical condition, medication, or circumstance that may affect driving.

Ensure they are fit to drive.
7. Instructor Rights
Corr Driving Skills reserves the right to refuse or terminate a lesson if:

The student appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The student behaves in an unsafe, aggressive, or abusive manner.

The student does not hold a valid learner permit.
-
Road or weather conditions make the lesson unsafe.
Where a lesson is terminated due to student conduct, the full lesson fee may still be charged.
8. Driving Test Car Hire
Use of the instructor’s vehicle for a driving test is subject to the instructor’s approval.
Approval may be withheld if the instructor believes the student is not adequately prepared or if there are concerns regarding safety.
Additional lessons may be required before the vehicle is made available for the driving test.
9. Late Arrival

If a student arrives late, the lesson may be shortened.

The full lesson fee remains payable.

If the instructor is delayed, the lesson time will be adjusted where possible.
10. Refund Policy

Completed lessons are non-refundable.

Missed lessons or late cancellations may not be refunded.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
11. No Guarantee of Passing
Corr Driving Skills will provide professional instruction and support, but cannot guarantee that a student will pass their driving test.
Test outcomes depend on many factors, including the student’s preparation, performance, and the standards applied by the Road Safety Authority.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corr Driving Skills shall not be liable for:

Failure to pass the driving test.

Missed tests.

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.

Indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
